In-depth review of cases of PG Portal, PGN Public Grievance, Collector Janchaupal, District Level Public Problem Redressal Camp

Collector Shri Sanjay Agarwal held a weekly time-limit meeting in the Collectorate hall today. During this, he thoroughly reviewed the cases of PG Portal, PGN Public Grievance, Collector Janchaupal, District Level Public Problem Redressal Camp. Expressing displeasure during the department-wise review, he directed all departments to resolve pending cases within the stipulated time on priority basis. The Collector said that the resolution of land acquisition cases should be expedited. Present information about where the transfer is pending and where the process has been completed. He told the officials that all the officers should remain disciplined and complete the work on time. He said that in the villages and urban areas where complaints of diarrhea are being received, the health department team was instructed to provide immediate treatment.

The Public Health Engineering Department team was asked to test the water. He asked to provide immediate medical facilities in other affected villages including Dongargaon villages, Bamhnibhatha, Rampur, Sonesar, Rewagahan of Dongargaon development block and Devada, Gidhva, Ghumka of Ghumka development block and village Basantpur of Dongargarh development block. Took information regarding incomplete construction works under Jal Jeevan Mission and gave instructions to complete all the construction works by March. Took information regarding farming works from the Agriculture Department. He said that farmers should not face any shortage of fertilizers and seeds and gave instructions to ensure availability of fertilizers and seeds in all co-operative societies. 

Collector Shri Sanjay Agarwal asked the Lead Bank Manager to solve the problem of farmers in Aadhar seeding. He said that the farmers whose e-KYC is pending should be resolved so that farmers can benefit from the government schemes. He said that there should be no noise pollution through DJ during Ganesh Chaturthi and other upcoming festivals. He said that door-to-door garbage collection work is being done under Swachh Bharat Mission. Take service charge for this and also impose fine on those who do not follow cleanliness. For cleanliness, it is necessary to bring awareness about it and explain it to the people. He took information about the camp organized for the disabled and gave necessary instructions regarding taking measurements for their assistive devices and distribution of certificates. He said that the disabled should not have any problem in commuting and food. The Collector said that the community building should be developed as an employment center. He took information about the education hub. He asked all the officers to go to Anganwadi centers every Friday under Potth Laika Abhiyan and participate in Palak Chaupal. Everyone should participate in this campaign being run for the nutrition of severely malnourished children. He said that in compliance with the instructions of the High Courts, action should be taken against stray animals on the roads. Mark such places where cattle sit and take action even after receiving information. In view of the problem of dog bites in the city, he directed to solve it. He reviewed other schemes of the government including plantation, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Card update, preparation for 15th August, rain water harvesting, crop insurance, PTM.

District Panchayat CEO Ms. Suruchi Singh said that the structure built in schools and other government buildings for rain water harvesting should be repaired on priority. It will be inspected. He took information regarding waste management and plastic waste management and Swachh Bharat Mission. On this occasion, Additional Collector Mr. CL Markandey, Additional Collector Mrs. Indira Naveen Pratap Singh, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Joint Collector Mr. Khemlal Verma, SDM Rajnandgaon Mr. Atul Vishwakarma, SDM Dongargarh Mr. Manoj Markam, SDM Dongargaon Mr. Shrikant Korram and other district level officers were present.
