Pilgrims to Receive Free Government Facilities for Darshan of Ram Lalla and Kashi Vishwanath
Raipur, Nov 2025 : Under the Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana, the Bharat Gaurav Special Train departed today from Rajnandgaon for Ayodhya Dham. On this occasion, Member of Parliament Santosh Pandey, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Chairman Neelu Sharma, and Mayor Madhusudan Yadav flagged off the train.
At Durg station, MLA Lalit Chandrakar welcomed and greeted the pilgrims. The enthusiasm and devotion among the pilgrims at the station were truly heartwarming. Officials from the district administration, the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, and representatives from IRCTC extended a grand welcome. The station was filled with a devotional atmosphere, with the sound of traditional drums elevating the mood as pilgrims expressed their joy.
Pilgrim Bhola Ram Yadav said that all the facilities provided by the government are nothing short of a blessing. “The excellent arrangements for travel, accommodation, and food have made our pilgrimage comfortable and memorable,” he added. Another pilgrim, Amrautin Bai, became emotional and said that the grand welcome and devotional environment at the station deeply touched her heart. An elderly pilgrim, Keja Bai, offered blessings and thanked Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and Tourism Minister Rajesh Agrawal, lovingly referring to them as “Shravan sons” for arranging this pilgrimage.
Pilgrims will not only get the opportunity to visit Ram Lalla in Ayodhya Dham but will also be taken for darshan at Kashi Vishwanath. The Chhattisgarh Government is providing all facilities—travel, accommodation, food, lodging, and medical care—completely free of cost. Staff from the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, the Social Welfare Department, and the Railways showed constant readiness to serve the pilgrims throughout the journey.
