₹45.02 Crore Transferred to 2.25 Lakh Farmers in Jalore Under PM-Kisan 21st Installment
A total of ₹45.02 crore was transferred to the bank accounts of 225,106 farmers in Jalore district as part of the 21st installment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana
Jaipur, Nov 2025 : A live telecast of the PM-Kisan Nidhi programme was organized on Wednesday at the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Agriculture Science Centre), Keshwana, Jalore. During the event, the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, transferred the 21st installment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana directly to the bank accounts of eligible farmers via DBT.
In Jalore district, an amount of ₹45 crore 2 lakh was deposited into the bank accounts of 2,25,106 farmers.
The chief guest of the programme, Rajasthan Assembly Chief Whip Jogeshwar Garg, congratulated all eligible farmers and encouraged every farmer in the district to avail the benefits of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. He urged farmers to take maximum advantage of various agricultural and other schemes launched by the Central and State Governments and to stay in regular touch with the Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
He stated that both the Central and State Governments are committed to the welfare and upliftment of farmers. Selling crops has become easier, and farmers are receiving fair prices for their produce. He added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the farming community has become more empowered.
Through the PM Suryaghar Free Electricity Scheme, farmers are receiving free electricity, and under the National Food Security Scheme, food grains are being provided to 80 crore citizens of the country. Considering the present development pace, he said India is continuously progressing towards achieving its goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047.
Jalore District Collector Dr. Pradeep K. Gawande urged farmers to adopt organic and natural farming practices.
Before the main event, male and female farmers were taken on a tour of various demonstration units at the Centre, where they were given information about Kadaknath poultry farming, goat farming, Napier grass, aloe vera cultivation, and vermicompost units.
