Khawzawl: “A Study of Various Localities in Khawzawl Town” Research Paper Presented

Khawzawl, Dec 2025: Today at 10:30 AM, a research paper titled “A Study of Various Localities in Khawzawl Town” was presented by Er. Liantluanga Chawhte in the Multipurpose Hall of Govt. Khawzawl College under the History Department.

Er. Liantluanga Chawhte, a young researcher, shared his comprehensive study on Khawzawl Town. He highlighted the importance of the research and its relevance to local history, emphasizing how it could benefit the general public. The presentation also aimed to introduce new methods for studying localities and to explore lesser-known historical aspects of the town.

Pu PC Lalrindika, Head of the History Department, appreciated the research, noting that it reflects a deep understanding of Khawzawl’s past and its various localities. He emphasized that such studies can serve as important learning material for students, providing them with a practical understanding of history. He also mentioned that the research is valuable for government officials and others involved in local planning and administration.

Pu C Pazawna, Chairman of the Joint Village Council, also attended and commended the research work.

The presentation was facilitated by Joseph Vanlalnghaka, Assistant Professor, with Principal Pi Lalruatmawii giving the welcome address. Rev. Lalbiaksanga Pachuau, Councillor FG&CC, delivered the inaugural speech, and Pu H Vanlalhruaia, Coordinator IQAC, gave the closing remarks.
