Statewide Cleanliness Awareness & Labor Program on Dec 14 in Rajasthan

“New Rise-New Identity, Growing Rajasthan-Our Rajasthan: Statewide Cleanliness Awareness & Labor Program on Sunday; CM Bhajanlal Sharma to Participate at Jal Mahal”

Jaipur, December 2025 : As part of the series of programs marking the completion of two years of the state government, the Department of Autonomous Governance and Panchayati Raj will organize a cleanliness awareness and labor program on 14 December (Sunday) across all urban bodies, districts, and panchayat levels in the state. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, this state-level program aims to raise awareness among citizens about cleanliness and encourage their active participation in urban, district, and panchayat areas. CM Sharma will personally participate in labor activities on the Jal Mahal ghat in Jaipur to promote the message of cleanliness.

The program will include cleanliness rallies in all municipal corporations, councils, and municipalities, awareness sessions in educational institutions, ward-level cleanliness pledges, door-to-door waste collection, campaigns on waste segregation, special cleaning drives in markets, and public awareness initiatives for plastic-free cities. Volunteers, ward committees, women’s groups, youth clubs, and citizens will play a leading role in this campaign.

Citizens to Pledge for a Clean Rajasthan:

Similarly, at district and panchayat levels, cleaning activities will be carried out at tourist spots, public places, temples, monuments, educational institutions, beaches, ponds, and stepwells. During this campaign, citizens will pledge to contribute to a clean Rajasthan. This combined effort will infuse new energy and momentum into the cleanliness initiative.
