CS V. Srinivas appreciates implementation of new criminal laws at Mansarovar Police Station, lauds digital policing innovations
Jaipur, December 2025 : Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, along with DGP Rajiv Kumar Sharma, visited Mansarovar Police Station in Jaipur on Sunday to review modern policing practices and digital innovations.
During the visit, the Chief Secretary examined various digital systems operational at the police station, including e-FIR, e-evidence, e-summons, app-based monitoring of cyber crimes and crimes against women, among others. After the inspection, he described Mansarovar Police Station as a fully digital “model police station” of Rajasthan and appreciated its initiatives.
Chief Secretary Srinivas said that Mansarovar Police Station is an excellent example of police reforms in the direction of digital transformation. He congratulated the Rajasthan Police leadership, noting that the effective use of technology has brought new speed to transparency, quick service, and citizen-centric policing.
He commended Police Director General Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal, Inspector General (Special Operations) Rahul Prakash, and the leadership team of Rajasthan Police for successfully implementing digital policing reforms. He also shared a meal with officers and personnel at the police mess.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Chief Secretary expressed confidence that such innovations would lead to continuous improvement in law and order and the quality of citizen services across the state.
