Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Receives Invitation to Attend Ramlila in Vidisha
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Sunday evening met a delegation of citizens from Vidisha at Samatva Bhavan, the Chief Minister’s residence. Office-bearers of the Shri Ramlila Mela Committee, Vidisha, visited the Chief Minister and extended a formal invitation to attend the Ramlila festival.
The delegation informed the Chief Minister that the annual Ramlila in Vidisha has been organised continuously for the last century with wide public participation. The Ramlila was originally initiated by Shri Vishwanath Ji Shastri. This year marks the 125th edition of the Ramlila. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated the committee members for faithfully carrying forward this long-standing and exemplary tradition.
Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister of State (Independent Charge) & Vidisha district in-charge minister Shri Lakhan Patel, along with committee secretary Dr. Anil Sharma, Shri Suresh Sharma Shastri, Shri Sanjay Purohit, Shri K.N. Sharma, Shri Narayan Prasad Sharma, Shri Anupam Gahoi, Shri Prem Narayan Sharma, Shri Ravi Chaturvedi, Harishankar Agrawal, Shri Ram Sharma, Shri Kaptan Singh Yadav and Shri Sandeep Dogar Singh were present in meeting.
