Government Committed to Welfare of Farmers, Women, and Workers — MP Manju Sharma
Jaipur, January 2026 — The central and state governments are continuously and effectively working for the comprehensive welfare of farmers, women, and workers. The aim of government policies and schemes is to ensure that the benefits of development reach even the most marginalized sections of society. This was stated by Jaipur MP Mrs. Manju Sharma.
Addressing a district-level program on Friday at the Bhagwat Singh Mehta Auditorium of the Harishchandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM RIPA), Mrs. Sharma said that on the occasion of the second anniversary of Ram Lalla’s “Pran Pratishtha,” the Chief Minister had announced benefits worth ₹1,590 crore for farmers, women, and workers. Numerous welfare schemes have been implemented to increase farmers’ income, empower women, and provide social security to workers. These initiatives not only promote economic empowerment but also ensure social respect and security.
Speaking at the program, MLA Mr. Gopal Sharma highlighted that the government’s sustained efforts will accelerate inclusive development across the state and the country, linking every section of society to the mainstream of progress.
On the occasion, MP Mrs. Manju Sharma distributed grant cheques to beneficiary farmers under schemes such as the Govardhan Organic Fertilizer Scheme, Wire Fencing Scheme, Farm Pond Scheme, and Agricultural Equipment Scheme. The ceremony also featured a live video link of the transfer of benefits under the Kisan Samman Nidhi and the state-wide launch of the Gram Utthan Camps being held in Sirohi, which will commence from January 23.
