State Police Service Officers Meet CM Vishnu Deo Sai to Express Gratitude for Senior Grade Pay Decision
Raipur : A delegation of State Police Service officers paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai at his office in the State Assembly today. The officers expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the Cabinet’s decision to grant Senior Superior Grade pay scales to officers from the 2005 to 2009 batches who have completed the requisite qualifying service period.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma was also present during the meeting.
It is noteworthy that in the Cabinet meeting held on 11 July 2025, the government approved the creation of 30 non-statistical posts and sanctioned the Senior Superior Grade pay scale for eligible officers of the State Police Service cadre. This move aims to ensure better management and progression within the service.
Among the officers present on the occasion were Additional Superintendents of Police Shri Lakhan Patle, Shri Kirtan Rathore, Shri Anant Sahu, Dr. Sangeeta Mahelkar, and Smt. Pragya Meshram.
