President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides Arrives in Mumbai
Mumbai, May 2026 : President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, arrived in Mumbai on Wednesday evening along with his delegation. His aircraft landed at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at around 5 p.m.
Governor Jishnu Dev Varma, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, and Minister of State Protocol Jaykumar Rawal welcomed the visiting dignitary with bouquets at the airport.
Senior officials from the Republic of Cyprus were also present to receive the President. Maharashtra Chief Secretary Rajesh Agrawal, Mumbai Police Commissioner Deven Bharti, the Chief of Protocol, and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Following the reception, President Nikos Christodoulides and his delegation proceeded to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai.
