West Bengal Elections Are At Large; BJP Leaders Resorts To Hatred Speech.

Kolkata; February 2026: Senior BJP Leader, and Chief Minister Of Delhi, Rekha Gupta on a day’s trip to Kolkata has drawn first blood against Mamata Banerjee, and the Bengal Government. She was the Chief Guest in the BJP party organised Kolkata Metropolitan Women’s Conference at Science City.

Bengal LoP Suvendu Adhikary while acknowledging Rekha Gupta’s participation attributed her presence to be a privilege as the Delhi CM inspires the dedicated Women volunteers of West Bengal. “Her guidance on empowering Women and driving positive change in our state was truly motivating. Together, we are committed to building a stronger, more inclusive West Bengal”, Adhikary said. Till the completion of the programme, everything was reported to be cordial and coasted. However, things took a drastic turn when Rekha Gupta had stepped out of the Science City auditorium when she had encountered the media representatives.

Without any prodding attempt by the media personnel, Rekha Gupta started her derogatory remarks about Bengal, the Bengalees, and CM Mamata Banerjee. She started levelling unclaimed, false allegations against the Honourable Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Also present with her was Annapurna Devi – Union Minister for Women and Child Development, whose haughty dismissal about the State Governments achievements. Annapurna Devi continued stating that, “today, Bengal has a woman Chief Minister, but regarding women’s security, West Bengal is the most talked about. Even after having a woman CM, the women are not safe and secure. It’s not just the RG Kar single incident, but there are many”, Annapurna Devi cited a deep fake incident of Sandeshkhali, which was later proved to be triggered by the local BJP leader Rekha Patro.

Devi further alleged that due to greed for power, there has been an increased distance between the Bengal CM and the people of this state. “She no longer thinks of serving the people of this state, but she only protects those who try to break the country. Bengal has become the den for crime. The TMC wants outsiders to come and take away the benefits of an Indian citizen. SIR means ‘Sirf Indian Rahege’, but TMC is opposing it just for vote banks. For us, national security is priority, but for TMC, it is only about appeasement politics. Today, ‘ma’ is unsafe, ‘Mati’ is filled with infiltrators, and ‘Manush’ is struggling with corruption, so they have to be removed”, said Devi.

Rekha Gupta has cited the instance of the introduction of a scheme like “Kanya Shree”, which according to her was a scheme to cheat the people of Bengal. What Rekha Gupta was found to be unknown of is the fact that “Kanya Shree” has already been declared as exemplary by UNESCO on its first anniversary.
