Governor Reviews ‘Vayu Shakti–2026’ with the President and Defence Minister

Jaipur, February 2026 : Governor Haribhau Bagde on Friday reviewed the Vayu Shakti–2026 exercise at Pokhran in Jaisalmer along with President Droupadi Murmu and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

During this, he observed the excellent performance of Indian Air Force in the war exercise, showcasing Indian defence technology and the valour of the armed forces linked to combat operations under ‘Vayu Shakti–2026’. He described as significant the display ranging from frontline fighter aircraft to advanced air defence systems and the growing defence strength of Atmanirbhar Bharat. He praised the bravery, dedication, professional excellence, and high-quality war manoeuvres of the armed forces.
