Rajasthan Sampark Helpline Sees Record 80%+ Citizen Satisfaction

Jaipur, March 2026: Under the leadership of Bhajanlal Sharma, Rajasthan has made significant progress towards transparent, accountable, and citizen-centric governance. The Rajasthan Sampark Helpline (181), a key platform for public grievance redressal, has achieved an all-time high citizen satisfaction level of over 80% in March 2026—marking a sharp rise from around 69.54% in the previous month.

The state government remains committed to timely and effective resolution of public complaints. Chief Minister Sharma has personally reviewed the helpline multiple times, directly interacting with complainants and seeking feedback on resolved cases. He has issued clear directions to officials to ensure swift and efficient grievance redressal. Recently, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara also visited the helpline centre and engaged with citizens to gather feedback.

To further strengthen the system, Chief Secretary V. Srinivas has directed all departmental secretaries to visit the helpline centre between March 4 and April 28 and interact directly with complainants. In compliance, senior officials—from Additional Chief Secretaries to Secretaries—are regularly attending the centre, speaking with citizens, reviewing cases, and ensuring quick and quality resolutions.

Officials stated that this initiative has led to noticeable improvements in grievance handling, including faster hearings, better case reviews, and enhanced solution quality. The helpline has evolved into a “next-generation public interface,” significantly reducing the gap between citizens and the government through the use of technology.

Notably, on February 24, 2026, the helpline recorded an all-time high disposal of 25,254 complaints in a single day, while only 11,788 new complaints were registered—highlighting improved efficiency. Additionally, the average resolution time has been reduced to just seven days, reflecting faster service delivery.

The Rajasthan government’s efforts are playing a crucial role in ensuring that citizens’ voices reach the administration directly and their issues are resolved efficiently from their homes. Citizens can register complaints by calling the toll-free number 181 or through the Rajasthan Sampark portal and mobile app.
