Cultural Heritage Darshan Yatra Concludes
Devotional hymns poured at Ramghat, devotees immersed in spiritual bliss
Lucknow, March 2026 : A two-day Chitrakoot visit organised under the aegis of the Lok Sanskriti Shodh Sansthan, aimed at experiencing India’s cultural heritage, concluded on Sunday. During the visit, devotees offered prayers and had darshan at several sacred sites, including Hanuman Dhara, Sita Rasoi, Sati Anusuya Ashram, Ramghat, Kamadgiri Parvat, Gupt Godavari, Bharat Milap Temple, and Sphatik Shila. The programme also featured a bhajan evening at Gahoi Vaishya Bhavan located at Ramghat.
Yatra coordinator Archana Gupta said that following the evening aarti on the banks of the Mandakini River at Ramghat, a special bhajan session was organised in which participants presented a variety of devotional songs. The event began with a Ganesh Vandana by Dr. Rashmi Upadhyay, followed by her soulful rendition that deeply moved the audience. Aruna Upadhyay, Shikha Srivastava, and Archana Gupta also presented devotional songs, creating a spiritually charged atmosphere.
Alka Chaturvedi, Pratima Mishra, and Vivek Srivastava captivated devotees with their bhajans, while Seema Agrawal encouraged participation through a kirtan. Deveshwari Panwar delivered a melodious performance, adding to the devotional fervour. Arpit Srivastava accompanied on the harmonium, while Renu Dubey provided rhythm on the dholak.
Dr. Sudha Dwivedi, Secretary of the institute, stated that the organisation remains committed to promoting cultural awareness and spiritual connection in society through such initiatives. She highlighted that the event successfully brought participants closer to India’s rich cultural and spiritual traditions.

Gopal, whose participation was notable.
