Hindustan Scout and Guide Meets Education Minister, Discusses Annual Convention; Book by Dr. Kavita Sagar Released
Jaipur, March 2026 : Office-bearers of the Hindustan Scout and Guide, representing state, divisional and district headquarters in Rajasthan, paid a courtesy visit to Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar on Tuesday morning at the Udaipur Circuit House.
According to Divisional Public Relations Commissioner Gaurikant Sharma, the delegation discussed preparations for the annual convention scheduled to be held in April. During the meeting, State Secretary Narendra Audichya presented a traditional Mewari turban, while State Organisation Commissioner Ripudaman Gill honoured the minister with a scout scarf. Other officials welcomed him with shawls and bouquets.
On the occasion, Minister Madan Dilawar also released a book authored by Dr. Kavita Sagar, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, Pacific University, and District Headquarters Commissioner (Ranger) of Hindustan Scout and Guide. The book, titled “Antardrishti, Samaj aur Man: A Joint Journey of Sociology, Philosophy and Psychology,” explores a three-dimensional perspective on understanding human nature through eight chapters covering philosophy, psychology and sociology.
Several senior members of the organisation were present at the event, including State Training Commissioner Pradeep Meghwal, Divisional Commissioner Gopal Mehta Menaria, District Assistant State Organisation Commissioner Shanta Vaishnav, District Training Commissioner Ishwari Regar, and other officials from state and district units.
The meeting highlighted the organisation’s ongoing activities and preparations for its upcoming annual convention, while also promoting academic and intellectual contributions within its ranks.
