CM Takes Tough Stand on Helpline Staff Complaints; Company Agrees to Salary Hike

Lucknow, April 2026 : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken a strict stance following complaints raised by employees associated with the CM Helpline 1076 against V-Win Private Limited. Taking serious note of the grievances, the Chief Minister directed that issues related to salaries and workplace conditions be resolved immediately and effectively.

He instructed the Managing Director of UPDESCO to conduct a thorough review of the matter and ensure necessary corrective measures are implemented at the company level without any negligence. Acting swiftly on these directions, the UPDESCO Managing Director initiated discussions with the company’s top management to address the concerns, leading to high-level negotiations.

Following firm intervention from the Chief Minister’s office, the company was compelled to adopt a positive approach towards the employees’ demands. It agreed to a salary hike and also committed to improving workplace facilities, addressing two of the major concerns raised by the staff.

UPDESCO Managing Director Neha Jain stated that, in compliance with the Chief Minister’s instructions, the issue was reviewed with utmost seriousness. Clear directives were issued to the company to prioritise salary-related concerns and ensure adequate workplace amenities. She emphasised that safeguarding employees’ interests remains a top priority and that continuous monitoring will be undertaken to prevent such situations in the future.

Officials indicated that the prompt action helped normalise the situation quickly, with employees returning to work. The workforce expressed appreciation for the Chief Minister’s decisive intervention, noting that timely action helped resolve long-standing salary issues.

Employees associated with the helpline also voiced their gratitude. Himanshu Vikram said the Chief Minister’s prompt response brought much-needed relief and led to a positive decision on salary hikes. Vikas Yadav highlighted that the swift intervention restored normalcy, allowing employees to resume duties. Similarly, Ankit Shukla appreciated the quick action, stating that both salary concerns and workplace conditions have improved significantly.

The developments have led to a wave of satisfaction among employees, who have thanked the Chief Minister for addressing their concerns effectively.
