District Level Science Seminar Held in Kolasib

Kolasib : The District Education Office, Kolasib, in collaboration with the SCERT’s Science Promotional Wing, organized the District Level Science Seminar 2024 today at the I&PR Conference Hall, Kolasib. The seminar was attended by high school students from across the district.

The District Level Science Seminar 2024, organized by SCERT, focused on the theme “Artificial Intelligence – Potentials and Concerns,” a topic chosen by NCERT. Students from various high schools presented their projects and research on this theme.

The top performers in the District Level Science Seminar were:

1. Grace MS Dawngzeli, Class X, St. John Higher Secondary School – 1st Place
2. Dorothy Zoramchhani, Class IX, Govt. Diakkawn High School – 2nd Place
3. Esther Lalruatkimi, Class IX, C.M. High School – 3rd Place

The winners will advance to the State Level Seminar, representing Kolasib district.

The seminar was overseen by Pu Vanlalchhana, District Education Officer, Kolasib, and the closing remarks were delivered by Pi Lalnunziri, Deputy District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha Kolasib.
