DCM Sharma presented a cheque of 3 lakh 45 thousand from voluntary grant to meritorious students of Kabirdham district

During his visit to Kabirdham district, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Sharma presented a cheque of Rs. 3 lakh 45 thousand from voluntary grant to 59 brilliant students of the district. The courage of 59 brilliant girl students of Kabirdham district has been boosted. In this, 49 brilliant students of class 10th were given cheques of Rs. 2 lakh 45 thousand with a prize money of Rs. 5 thousand each, and 10 brilliant students of class 12th were given cheques of Rs. 1 lakh with a prize money of Rs. 10 thousand each. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sharma presented the cheques at a programme organised in the meeting hall of Collectorate.

Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sharma encouraged the students to move ahead and reach higher positions in IAS, IPS, State Administrative Services and build a better career in the fields of medicine and engineering. He taught the students to move ahead and said that only through hard work can we move ahead in a positive direction. There is no short cut to success. The Deputy Chief Minister said that good company also plays an important role in moving ahead. We have to stay away from addiction. We should regularly read good books and read literature. On this occasion, the students expressed their gratitude to Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Sharma and thanked the Chhattisgarh government.
