MLAs Meet Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Discuss Development Projects and Public Welfare Initiatives
Jaipur, June 2026: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Thursday met a delegation of legislators at the Chief Minister’s Residence and held detailed discussions on ongoing development works, public welfare initiatives and the progress of key infrastructure projects across their constituencies.
The meeting was attended by MLAs Pushpendra Singh, Shatrughan Gautam, Laxman Ram Kalru and Chhagan Singh Rajpurohit. During the interaction, various issues related to regional development, infrastructure expansion and public welfare were reviewed.
Chief Minister Sharma discussed the progress of the Vande Ganga Water Conservation Public Campaign and deliberated on strategies to ensure greater public participation in making the Hariyalo Rajasthan (Green Rajasthan) Campaign a success. He emphasised the importance of community involvement in environmental conservation, water preservation and afforestation initiatives being undertaken by the state government.
The Chief Minister also exchanged views with the legislators on development priorities in their respective constituencies. Discussions focused on accelerating infrastructure projects, improving civic amenities and addressing issues related to public welfare and regional growth.
The legislators briefed the Chief Minister on the status of various ongoing and proposed development projects in their areas. They highlighted local requirements and sought support for the timely execution of initiatives aimed at strengthening infrastructure and improving public services.
The meeting served as a platform for reviewing development efforts at the grassroots level and ensuring effective coordination between the state government and public representatives. The Chief Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to balanced regional development and the timely implementation of projects that directly benefit citizens.
Sharma stressed that public participation, efficient governance and continuous monitoring of development works are essential for achieving sustainable growth and improving the quality of life across Rajasthan. He assured the legislators that the state government would continue to work closely with elected representatives to address local concerns and expedite developmental activities in all regions of the state.
