CM Rekha Gupta Expresses Gratitude to PM Modi Ji on Behalf of Women for Landmark Empowerment Initiatives

New Delhi, June 2026 : On the historic occasion of the completion of 12 years of the Union Government under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, Delhi Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta visited Pinjrapole Gaushala in Kishanganj on Wednesday and offered special prayers. During the visit, she prayed for the nation’s progress and prosperity, as well as for Prime Minister Ji’s good health and long life. She also participated in gau seva.

On this occasion, North West Delhi MP Shri Yogendra Chandolia, Municipal Councillor from Chandni Chowk ward Shri Suman Kumar Gupta and other dignitaries were present. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that under Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s leadership, India has set new benchmarks in development, good governance, public service and national pride over the past 12 years. She said that not only public representatives, but also millions of citizens across the country are expressing their gratitude to the Prime Minister and praying for his continued good health.

Describing the Prime Minister’s dedication as an inspiration for all, CM Rekha Gupta said that he has devoted his entire life to the service of the nation. She said that during his years of service to the nation, he has continuously placed national interest above all else without taking any leave. She added that it is because of his vision that India today stands on the global stage as a strong, confident and decisive nation.

Highlighting Prime Minister Modi Ji’s initiatives as a woman Chief Minister, she said that the spirit of women’s empowerment is visible at the heart of nearly every scheme launched by him. The construction of millions of toilets has given women greater dignity, while the Ujjwala Yojana has freed mothers and sisters from the hardship caused by smoke, making their lives easier. She further noted that visionary initiatives such as the Mudra Yojana, PM SVANidhi and Drone Didi have created new opportunities for entrepreneurship and self-employment for lakhs of women and young girls across the country.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that, on behalf of half of the country’s population, she extends her heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. She expressed confidence that under his capable leadership, India will soon achieve its goal of becoming a developed nation. In conclusion, she reiterated that inspired by the Prime Minister Ji’s guiding mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas’, the Delhi Government is also working with unwavering commitment to realise the vision of a ‘Viksit Delhi’.
