Empowerment of Women through Scheme Awareness!
Dharashiv : Various government departments set up stalls under one roof at Kotla Maidan in Paranda, Dharashiv district, to bring Central and State Government schemes to the people. Citizens were introduced to numerous schemes and responded positively to the initiative.
Officials and staff provided information on various schemes and programs from the Department of Women and Child Development, Education, Health, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Promotion Mission, Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Program, Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, Jal Jeevan Mission, and more.

Citizens were made aware of schemes such as the Chief Minister’s Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana (My Beloved Sister), Free Higher Education for Girls, Nutrition Mission, Supplementary Nutrition Diet, and Lek Ladki.
The Mahila Economic Development Corporation and Maharashtra State Rural Livelihood Mission (UMED) shared information on the NAMO Women Empowerment Mission, group formations, revolving funds, financial assistance, and training opportunities. The District Industries Center provided guidance on establishing businesses for women. The Education Department also promoted its goals for Paranda Taluka, including Majhi Shala Sundar Shala (My School Beautiful School), Majhi Shala Majha Paras Bagh (My School My Green Garden), Pleasant Education, and Desired Taluka through engaging demonstrations.
