Central Election Commission Reviews Preparations for Upcoming Maharashtra Assembly Elections

Mumbai : A delegation from the Election Commission of India, led by Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar, along with Election Commissioners Ganesh Kumar and Dr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, is currently on a tour of Maharashtra to review preparations for the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly General Elections.

Today, the delegation held a review meeting with various implementing agencies at the Trident Hotel. During the meeting, the Chief Secretary, along with heads of all relevant departments, provided a detailed update on the preparations. The Commission also engaged with representatives of political parties to hear their suggestions and address any concerns.
