Animal Husbandry Department Holds Video Conference on Vaccination Progress
Jaipur : The PPR vaccination program, aimed at protecting sheep and goats from infectious diseases, is set to begin on October 4 across the state. Dr. Bhavani Singh Rathore, Director of the Animal Husbandry Department, stated that preparations for the program are underway in all districts. A meeting was held with district officials via video conferencing to review these preparations and provide necessary guidelines for the smooth implementation of the program.
The Director instructed the Joint Directors of all districts to take the vaccination program seriously and strive for 100% success. He emphasized the importance of ensuring that all preparations are completed on time to facilitate a hassle-free vaccination process.
While reviewing the progress of the ongoing fourth round of FMDCP and Brucella vaccinations, Dr. Rathore stressed the need to speed up the efforts to meet the targets within the specified timeframe.
Divisional Additional Directors, Joint Directors from all districts, representatives from the disease diagnostic laboratories, and other departmental officers participated in the meeting via video conferencing.
