Madhya Pradesh Team Shares Experience on Management of Rajasthan’s Free Medicine Scheme
Jaipur : A team from the Madhya Pradesh Public Health Services Corporation, which visited Jaipur to observe the implementation and management of the Chief Minister’s Free Medicine Scheme in Rajasthan, shared their experiences during a two-day visit to the Health Building on Wednesday. The team obtained detailed information on the execution and management of the scheme at the state level.
Managing Director of Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation, Mrs. Neha Giri, stated that on Tuesday, the team visited various health facilities, including the drug warehouse at the SMS Hospital Medical College, District Drug Warehouses Jaipur I and II, the Urban Primary Health Center at Kiran Path in Mansarovar, and the Devnagar Primary Health Center in Sodala, to learn about drug management. She mentioned that detailed discussions were held with the team to share experiences, and continuous innovations and necessary improvements will be undertaken in both states to make the scheme more effective.
The team visited different branches at the Rajasthan Medical Services Corporation office to understand the working procedures and strengthen the free medicine scheme in Madhya Pradesh. They discussed with officials to study the various aspects of the scheme’s implementation in Rajasthan in detail and appreciated the efforts made by RMSCL in successfully implementing the scheme.
On this occasion, guest team members, including the Managing Director of MPPHSCL, Dr. Pankaj Jain, General Manager of Procurement, Dr. Rajesh Gupta, General Manager of Finance, Mr. Vishal Sharma, and General Manager of Quality, Mr. Abhinav Singh, as well as RMSCL officials, were present.
