CM Dr. Yadav’s initiative – Investment Promotion Center opened in Rewa

An Investment Promotion Center has been started in Rewa Collectorate premises on the initiative of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The entire Vindhya region including Rewa is rich in natural resources and mineral wealth. Adequate water is available here through the canals of Bansagar Dam. Adequate land is available here at low rates for setting up industries. There is a lot of potential in the Vindhya region for setting up industries for which an Investment Promotion Center has been started in Collectorate Rewa. This center has been started in preparation for the Regional Industry Conclave to be held on October 23. Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Center officers have been appointed at the centre. Information about available land, water, roads, electricity, railway lines, airways, availability of workers, etc. is being given by the Investment Promotion Centre.

There has been all-round development in cultivation through the canals of Bansagar Dam in Vindhya along with significant increase in the production of all crops including wheat, paddy, gram, and mustard. The production of fruits and vegetables has also increased rapidly. There are also good possibilities for the establishment of agro-based and food-processing industries. For setting up industries, a new industrial center has been developed at Gurh in Rewa district. New industrial centers are being developed in Ghurehata and Katra-Ghuma in Mauganj district. Land has been reserved for industrial investment in Sirmaur and Semaria tehsils and Tyonthar tehsil. There is also good potential for solar energy in many areas of the district. Information about all aspects related to industrial investment is being provided in the entire region by the Investment Promotion Centre, which will make the work of investors easier.
