The BJP committed to launching the ‘Vision Maharashtra @2028’ initiative within the first 100 days of forming the government, with a primary focus on health, education, and economic transformation. On the healthcare front, the BJP has pledged a Vivekananda Youth Health Card and annual health check-ups for youth, as well as specialized Aadhaar-enabled outpatient services for seniors.
In education and entrepreneurship, the manifesto promises tuition and examination fee reimbursement for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, including OBCs, economically weaker sections, Scheduled Castes, and Nomadic Tribes. The BJP also plans to create 2.5 million jobs, offer interest-free loans of up to ₹15 lakh to budding entrepreneurs, and establish a Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Akanksha Kendra in every district. Additionally, the manifesto emphasizes making Maharashtra a hub for fintech and artificial intelligence, with investments in robotics and AI training, utilizing platforms like Marathi and Atal Tinkering Labs. For women’s welfare, the BJP has promised an annual stipend of ₹25,200 for women, with an aim to create 5 million “Lakhpati Didis” (millionaire women) by 2027 through a ₹1,000 crore revolving fund. The manifesto also includes increasing the elderly pension from ₹21,500 to ₹82,100.
