Organized society is the identity of developed society : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai

Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai attended the 23rd state level youth-woman and widow-widower introduction conference and Adarsh ​​Vivaah program of Chhattisgarh Nishad Samaj at village Fundhar in capital Raipur today. He congratulated the married couples and appreciated the work being done by Nishad Samaj. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced to give Rs. 10 lakh for the community hall of the Samaj at Ghoghra Navapara.

In the programme, the Chief Minister announced to increase the assistance amount for the victim family of Nishad community in the incident that took place in village Chharched a few days ago from Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 20 lakh and also to provide assistance of Rs. 4000 per month to the four children of the victim family till they turn 18. He informed that 2 youths of the victim family have been given jobs at collector rate. Chief Minister Shri Sai also felicitated 10 youths of Nishad community selected for the post of sub-inspector.

While addressing the program, the Chief Minister said that this event organized by the Nishad community is a very good effort. Social unity is very important. Everyone is equal in the society, there is no one big or small. An organized society not only benefits the society but also strengthens the country along with the society. He said that education is very important for social progress. Society progresses only through education. He appealed to the community leaders to connect everyone with education by understanding the importance of education.

The Chief Minister said that all of you are descendants of Guha Nishad Raj, who helped Shri Ram cross the river by boat. Our government is providing darshan of Ramlala to the devotees. He urged everyone to visit Lord Shri Ram. Shri Sai said that the Chief Minister’s Tirth Yatra Yojana is being restarted by our government. The Chief Minister also urged the Nishad community to take advantage of the government’s fisheries schemes.

The Chief Minister said that we are fulfilling Modiji’s guarantee. Our government is taking and implementing many decisions like two years’ pending paddy bonus, increase in tendu leaf collection remuneration, approval of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to the homeless. Paddy is being purchased on the support price from November 14. Arrangements have been made to pay the farmers the price of the paddy sold within 72 hours.

On this occasion, MLA Kunwar Singh Nishad, MLA Motilal Sahu, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Backward Classes Commission, Nehru Nishad also addressed the gathering. On this occasion, a large number of representatives of Nishad community including Mr. M.R. Nishad, Mr. Suresh Dhiwar were present.
