The swift declaration of results has been lauded as a significant step towards ensuring opportunities for the youth without unnecessary delays. Many candidates expressed their gratitude, uniting their trust in the system with the statement, “Yogi hai to yakeen hai” (If Yogi is there, we can trust).
Some candidates, speaking on the condition of anonymity, remarked that under previous governments, securing a recruitment often required recommendations or bribes. However, they praised the Yogi government for transforming the process into one that is entirely fair and transparent.
Notably, the UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination was conducted from August 23 to 31, 2024. Candidates have expressed gratitude to CM Yogi for ensuring the examination’s fairness and transparency.
Anand Kumar Chaudhary, a resident of Ballia and a student preparing for competitive exams under the government’s Abhyudaya Yojana, expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for ensuring a fair examination process and announcing results promptly. Similarly, Anikesh Kumar from Ballia thanked CM Yogi and the officials for conducting such a large-scale examination with transparency and declaring the results swiftly.
Nitin Kumar from Saharanpur, who passed the UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam, specifically thanked CM Yogi for the fair recruitment process. Abhishek Chaudhary from Basti shared that under Yogi’s leadership, government job processes are now being completed without the need for recommendations or bribes. Notably, the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh has provided over seven lakh youths with government jobs through a fair and transparent process in the last seven and a half years. The UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination, held between August 23 and 31, 2024, was conducted under tight security, with more than 48 lakh candidates participating.
The recruitment of over 60,000 civil police constables is expected to not only provide stable government jobs to thousands of youths but also strengthen the Uttar Pradesh Police force significantly.
Under the Yogi administration, known for its “rule of law” governance and zero-tolerance policy against crime, many high-profile criminals and mafia figures are either behind bars or no longer active. The addition of 60,000 police personnel is anticipated to reduce crime rates further, thereby fostering a safer environment conducive to increased investment and industrial growth in the state.
