Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister attends the swearing-in ceremony of the new government in Maharashtra
Lucknow : On Thursday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended the swearing-in ceremony of the new Maharashtra government. He congratulated Devendra Fadnavis on taking oath as Chief Minister and Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar on their appointments as Deputy Chief Ministers.

In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, CM Yogi expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Fadnavis, stating, “Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and your able guidance, Maharashtra will achieve the goals of ‘Viksit Maharashtra-Surakshit Maharashtra’ and set new benchmarks in governance and prosperity.”
Yogi Adityanath also extended his best wishes to Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, wishing them a successful tenure.
Notably, during the Maharashtra elections, CM Yogi campaigned extensively under the leadership of PM Modi, holding rallies across the state. During his four-day campaign, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had campaigned in favor of 24 candidates, out of which the candidates of the Mahayuti alliance won 22 seats.
