Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Manoj Pingua reached the Command and Control Center in Bilaspur and inspected the ITMS project

Additional Chief Secretary Home and Jail and Secretary-in-charge of the district, Mr. Manoj Kumar Pingua, along with Collector Mr. Avnish Sharan and SP Mr. Rajnesh Singh, inspected the Command and Control Center Bilaspur and saw the entire functioning and operation of the center and ITMS. During this, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Pingua observed the entire process through the screen installed in the Command and Control Center. Mr. Pingua described the Command and Control Center as useful and praised its functioning. 

The entire process of operation in the Command and Control Center was explained in detail by Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Amit Kumar. During this, Secretary-in-charge Mr. Pingua was informed about the use of the center for challaning in case of violation of traffic rules and for organizing traffic. Mr. Pingua asked to move the special type of cameras installed at the square, on which the experts showed the cameras by moving them in all directions. Secretary-in-charge instructed to make better use of this system in emergency situations and on big occasions. Secretary-in-charge Mr. Pingua also praised the Mission 90 project being run to improve the level of education in Bilaspur district under the ITMS project. Apart from this, he also saw the monitoring of solid waste management. District Panchayat CEO Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, SDM Mr. Piyush Tiwari, GM IT Mr. Y. Srinivas and the Smart City team were present in the inspection today.

mission 90 in bilaspur 

Mission 90 has been started as part of the efforts being made by Collector Shri Avnish Sharan to improve the level of education and results in the district. Under the ITMS project of Bilaspur Smart City Limited, an app has been prepared by the team, which has been named Mission 90. In this app, the data of all the schools, teachers and students of the district has been uploaded, through which the attendance and educational activities of teachers and students are being analyzed. The results of unit tests, quarterly, half-yearly, pre-board and final examinations held in schools will be fed into it, after which, on the basis of analysis, work will be done to improve the weak and better performing schools, teachers and students when data is available. The results of unit tests have been fed into this app started from this session. Shri Pingua praised this innovative initiative and called it a milestone for the times to come.

MD Shri Amit Kumar said that all the street lights of the city will be monitored from this command center. An application is being prepared for this. Currently, if a street light is damaged or out of order, the monitoring team notes it at night and then another team repairs it in the morning. By monitoring through the app, the repair work of street lights will be done quickly based on the data fed in it.
