Sukma: Land levelling brought happiness in Hemla Nanda’s life
Under the direction of Collector Shri Devesh Kumar Dhruv and guidance of District CEO Smt. Namrata Jain, beneficiary-oriented works are being completed in the district within the time limit with high quality. Its positive impact can be easily seen in the village and the villagers.
Shri Hemla Nanda, father Shri Joga, a villager of Gram Panchayat Samsatti of Konta development block, had about 01 acre of land lying barren. Despite having land, the land was not suitable for crops, for which the beneficiary duly applied for land leveling under MNREGA in the Gram Panchayat. After the work was approved, the Sarpanch, Secretary and Employment Assistant of the Gram Panchayat took special interest and completed the land leveling work within the time limit.
Earlier, the land of beneficiary Shri Hemla Nanda was lying barren, whose land was leveled. After land leveling, he is producing paddy crop in his field and the produced crop is being sold through the paddy procurement center. This is strengthening his financial condition and bringing prosperity to the family. All the family members are happy as they have got additional sources of income through crop production.
After the land leveling, the beneficiary Mr. Hemla Nanda thanked the head of Chhattisgarh government Mr. Vishnudev Sai and the administration.
