Chief Minister Meets Union Minister Of State For Tribal Affairs

Aizawl : Today, Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma met with Pu Durgadas Uikey, Union Minister of State for Tribal Affairs, in his office. The Ministry of Tribal Affairs discussed various issues related to Mizoram’s tribal community.

The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude for Pu Durgadas Uikey’s visit to Mizoram, acknowledging his presence and emphasizing the importance of the tribal community in the state. He stated that Mizos are considered a tribal community, and the Minister’s visit is a significant recognition.

Pu Durgadas Uikey, in turn, mentioned that the Chief Minister’s visit to Delhi will help facilitate further discussions and development. He also appreciated the challenges faced by Mizoram, recognizing the efforts needed to improve the state’s conditions. The Minister assured that the Tribal Affairs Ministry will continue working on better solutions for the community.
