Siaha’s Recognition in the Mizoram Khawpui Fai Intihsiakna 2024 – Category 2 Award

Siaha : The Mizoram government, through the Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation (UD&PA) Department, organized the Mizoram Khawpui Fai Intihsiakna 2024. As part of this, Siaha District received the prestigious Category 2 (District Headquarters) award for excellence in cleanliness. The Governor of Mizoram, Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Rtd), presented a citation and a monetary award to the district. In the same context, Siaha District had also received the award for the Mizoram Khawpui Fai Intihsiakna 2023 for excellence in cleanliness.

The Khawpui Fai Intihsiakna awards are presented in various categories, and Siaha District received the award in Category 2 (District Headquarters). The Serchhip District received the award for a different category.
