Mizoram Governor Interacts With Ngo Leaders

Aizawl : Mizoram Governor Gen (Dr) VK Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd) interacted today with leaders of Mizoram’s largest NGOs, including the Young Mizo Association (YMA), the state’s largest women’s organization, Mizo Hmeichhe Insuihkhawm Pawl (MHIP), and the state’s largest student organization, Mizo Zirlai Pawl (MZP), at Raj Bhavan. The discussions were fruitful and covered various important matters related to the development of Mizoram.

During the meetings, NGO leaders had cordial and productive discussions with the Governor. YMA leaders, led by CYMA President Pu Lalhmachhuana, met with the Governor in the forenoon. Later, MHIP representatives, headed by MHIP President Pi Ngurmawii Sailo, also had an audience with him. In the afternoon, MZP leaders, led by their Adviser Pu Peter Lalzawmliana, engaged in a meaningful dialogue with the Governor.
