Noida CEO’s Strict Order Sparks Panic Among Officials

For the first time, a strict directive from Noida Authority’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Lokesh M, is being strongly enforced. Frustrated with officers’ negligence and evasive attitude, the CEO has issued a firm order to ensure accountability. Reports suggest that an official office order has been released in this regard.

Vehicle Privileges to Be Revoked

According to Noida Authority sources, Dr. Lokesh M has instructed that work-circle in-charges, particularly senior managers whose performance is unsatisfactory, will lose access to their official vehicles. This means they will no longer be permitted to use authority-provided transportation. Following this announcement, there is growing concern among officials.

During recent visits and inspections of various project sites, the CEO and Additional CEO (ACEO) identified multiple flaws, with clear signs of negligence by work-circle in-charges. Despite previous orders imposing fines, blacklisting contractors, and even withholding salaries of some officers, lapses in responsibility persisted.

To address this ongoing negligence, the CEO has now issued this unprecedented directive. Sources indicate that this is the first time such a strict measure has been taken by any Noida Authority CEO.
