Jindal Stainless to Invest ₹42,886 Crore in Maharashtra

Industrialist Ratan Jindal Submits Proposal to CM Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai : Jindal Stainless Limited is set to establish a ₹42,886 crore investment project in Maharashtra, which is expected to create around 15,500 job opportunities. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis welcomed the initiative, emphasizing its positive impact on the state’s economy.

Jindal Stainless Limited Chairman Ratan Jindal met with CM Fadnavis at ‘Sagar,’ the official residence, and presented the proposal for the project. The proposed facility will have a production capacity of 4 million tons per year.

CM Fadnavis acknowledged Jindal Group’s confidence in Maharashtra’s potential, assuring full support for the project. He reiterated the state government’s commitment to fostering industrial growth and facilitating large-scale investments.

The meeting was attended by Dr. P. Anbalagan, Secretary of the Industry Department, along with senior officials from Jindal Group.
