Employment Guarantee Minister Bharat Gogawale Meets Union Railway Minister
New Delhi : Maharashtra’s Employment Guarantee Scheme Minister, Bharat Gogawale, met Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw at the Parliament House today. During the meeting, Gogawale discussed various railway-related issues concerning Raigad district with the Union Minister. Member of Parliament Sandipan Bhumre was also present.
Gogawale submitted a memorandum to Minister Vaishnaw requesting an increase in platform heights at Goregaon and Vamane railway stations. He also proposed that long-distance trains be given a halt at Veer station. Additionally, other related matters were discussed during the meeting.
