First Session Of 18th Lok Sabha To Begin Tomorrow.

The first session of the 18th Lok Sabha will be held from June 24, 2024, to July 3, 2024. This session will include the oath/affirmation of the newly elected members of the Lok Sabha, the election of the Speaker, the address by the Hon’ble President of India, and subsequent discussions.

Senior BJP MP Bhartruhari Mahtab, appointed as Protem Speaker, will administer the oath to the newly elected Lok Sabha MPs. The election of the new Lok Sabha Speaker will take place on June 26. President Droupadi Murmu will address the joint sitting of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha on June 27. The session of the Rajya Sabha will also commence on June 27. The Parliament session will conclude on July 3.
