Metro To Run 40 Services On Purple Line From 05.05.2025 (Monday)

In yet another offering for the Metro commuters! Metro Railway is going to increase Metro services on Purple Line between Joka and Majerhat stations from 05.05.2025 (Monday).  A total of 40 services (20 UP + 20 DN) on this stretch will be operated at an interval of 22 minutes from that day. At present, 18 services (9 UP + 9 DN) are being operated daily at an interval of 50 minutes from Monday to Friday on Purple Line.

There will be no services on Saturdays and Sundays as usual.

FIRST SERVICE:

From Majerhat: At 08:27 hours (instead of 08:55 hours)

From Joka: At 08:30 hours (No Change)

LAST SERVICE:

From Majerhat: At 15:28 hours (instead of 15:35 hours)

From Joka: At 15:28 hours (instead of 15:10 hours)
