CM Dr. Mohan Yadav Launches Rewa Citizen App

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Sunday inaugurated the My Rewa Citizen App, developed by Rewa Municipal Corporation. This app is a smart initiative aimed at citizen service, through which residents of Rewa will be able to access various municipal services from the comfort of their homes. On this occasion, a short film based on the My Rewa Citizen App was also screened. Dr. Yadav interacted with senior citizens and called upon them to actively contribute to the development of the district.

The My Rewa Citizen App enables services like complaint registration, tracking of cleanliness, street lighting, drains, roads, sewerage, and drinking water issues along with real-time status updates. Citizens will also be able to share suggestions and feedback directly with the administration. Other features include access to services like birth and death certificates, property tax, water tax payment, permits, no-objection certificates, and e-challans.

The app allows users to upload photos with complaints, mark locations through Google Maps, and benefit from a one-stop platform with a simple and transparent interface, dashboard, and direct resolution of complaints linked to the CM Helpline.
