Swift Problem-Solving Is the Hallmark of Good Governance: Minister Rajwade
Raipur : “Timely resolution of public issues is the true essence of good governance,” said Women & Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade during her address at a grievance redressal camp held in Jaynagar Gram Panchayat, Surajpur district. She emphasized that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, the Chhattisgarh government is committed to ensuring that schemes and services reach every section of society effectively.
Minister Rajwade reiterated the state’s priority to resolve citizens’ concerns quickly, transparently, and satisfactorily. She instructed officials present at the camp to give priority to resolving matters related to revenue, food distribution, health, education, and social security services. During the event, she personally distributed B-1 land records and ration cards to eligible beneficiaries and interacted with villagers to hear their grievances, directing officials to act on them immediately.
The camp saw participation from hundreds of villagers across 15 gram panchayats. A wide range of applications were received concerning land rights, pensions, ration cards, healthcare, Ayushman cards, scholarships, housing, and other government schemes. Most issues were addressed and resolved on the spot.
The camp was also attended by Janpad Panchayat President Smt. Swati Sant Singh, Vice President Shri Manmat Bachar, SDM Ms. Shivani Jaiswal, Janpad CEO Shri Vinod Singh, BEO Shri Sunil Porte, and various departmental officials and staff. The event reflected the government’s focus on prompt and people-centered service delivery.
