Integrated Industrial Township’ to generate 25K employment opportunities in Greater Noida.

Lucknow : Aiming to develop Uttar Pradesh into a ‘one trillion dollar’ economy, the Yogi government has outlined a roadmap for the development of the ‘Integrated Industrial Township’ in Greater Noida. This initiative is backed by a proposed investment of Rs 6,807 crore aimed at generating 25,000 job opportunities in the region.

It is noteworthy that the development of this township is taking place near Ajaibpur railway station, approximately 11 kilometres from Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. This area is also situated just 35 kilometres away from the main city of Noida. Out of the total 747.50 acres allocated for the Integrated Industrial Township, industrial activities will be conducted in 332.52 acres, group housing and EWS residential in 72.86 acres, and commercial land use in 38.15 acres. 

Additionally, 300.97 acres are designated for development sectors, site layout plans, roads, cycle tracks, administrative buildings, and green areas.

The Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida is a major project in terms of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, which has been designed with world-class standards. It balances efficiency and aesthetics according to modern architectural styles. Within the project, several large plants are already operational in the Industrial Pocket Region. 

Notably, this initiative aims to provide employment opportunities to thousands and is establishing its identity as a manufacturing hub for mobile components and electronic items. The area is well-connected via the Delhi-Howrah rail line and is close to Ajaibpur and Dadri railway stations, enhancing its potential as a future major industrial hub.

*Products of several sectors can be manufactured*

The production of mobile components and electronic items has already begun in the Integrated Industrial Township, and rapid progress is being made in establishing and operating manufacturing units across various other sectors. 

Notably, manufacturing units in sectors such as mobile phones, PCBs, ACs, TVs, washing machines, and LED components are already operating on a large scale here. Moreover, the process of establishing and operating manufacturing units for industrial machinery, cosmetics, healthcare products, Ayurvedic products, PVC pipes, fittings, powder and liquid paints, electric wires, copper tubes, and pipes will soon be completed through the lease deed process in this area.

According to CM Yogi’s vision, the implementation process of the detailed action plan designed for the development of the Integrated Industrial Township has commenced to accelerate industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Currently, out of a total of 42 industrial land use plots, 17 large plots have been allocated, with the allocation process for the remaining 25 plots also set to proceed swiftly. 

Similarly, the allocation process for 6 residential and 7 commercial plots will commence shortly. Under the township project, the allocation process for 38 plots divided across 240.22 acres will also be expedited, with the allocation process for 10 industrial plots set to be completed within this month.
