CM Vishnu Deo Sai Dines at Roadside Dhaba in Simga, Shares Warm Moments with Locals
Despite Busy Good Governance Tour, CM Makes Time to Connect with the Common People
Raipur : On his return journey from Raigarh district, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai made an unscheduled stop at a modest roadside dhaba in Simga, where he enjoyed a simple local meal and heartfully interacted with the people. Even after a hectic day of engagements under Sushasan Tihar (Good Governance Festival), CM Sai took time to dine informally and connect with citizens in a relaxed and humble setting.
At the dhaba, the Chief Minister sat down like any other customer and conversed warmly with the locals, inquiring about their well-being and listening attentively to their thoughts and concerns. There was no display of pomp or heavy security—just a people’s leader among his people, building bonds of trust and familiarity. His presence left a lasting impression of humility and grounded leadership in the hearts of all those present.
The diners at Anand Dhaba in Simga expressed their delight at having the Chief Minister among them, calling it a reflection of his simplicity and his deep connection with public sentiments. Many eagerly took photographs with him and engaged in lively conversation, celebrating the rare and genuine moment.
Accompanying the CM were Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Subodh Singh, CM’s Secretary P. Dayanand, along with other officials and local villagers.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Sai remarked, “Wherever I go, meeting the people gives me strength. These interactions are not formalities for me—they are heartfelt connections.” His approachable and human side reaffirmed that good governance is not just seen on stage but felt in everyday interactions with the people.
