An Unprecedented Moment in History Will Be Created on May 31: CM Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that India is entering a transformative era—one that is redefining the meaning of development. Women are playing an integral role in this progress. A strong woman, he said, is the foundation of a developed society. The grand Women Empowerment Mega Conclave scheduled for Saturday, 31 May, is dedicated to the power of womanhood and will celebrate the skills and contributions of women across Madhya Pradesh.

He added that the event will make history, as all arrangements for this mega conclave will be managed entirely by women. Dr. Yadav made these remarks while addressing the women involved in organizing the event during his evening visit to Jamboree Ground. He thoroughly inspected the site preparations and reviewed the exhibition layout and other logistical arrangements.

PM Modi to Announce Major Gifts for the State

The Chief Minister interacted with women appointed for various responsibilities. He offered them guidance and encouragement for managing such a significant event during his visit to the venue. He noted that the great leader of the world’s largest democracy, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will visit Bhopal on 31 May in honour of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar. The Prime Minister is also expected to present several important gifts to Madhya Pradesh on this occasion. Dr. Yadav emphasised that all preparations must be flawless and everyone must carry out their assigned duties with utmost dedication and responsibility.

Ahilyabai Taught Us the Power of Determination

CM Dr. Yadav shared inspiring anecdotes about Rani Durgavati, Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, and Rani Lakshmibai, highlighting how India’s women have not only governed but also sacrificed everything for the nation. Devi Ahilyabai rewrote the script of governance, showing that determination and inner strength are essential to achieving greatness. He said that as we move toward development while cherishing our heritage, we must ensure that the golden chapters of our glorious past become visible and celebrated. He urged women to step forward and use their skills and talents to lead India toward a new horizon of progress.

‘Desh Ki Ahilyaayein’ Development Exhibition

The Chief Minister reviewed comprehensive arrangements at the event venue, including the dais layout, stage management, seating for women participants, drinking water supply, VIP gallery, media section, traffic management, food services, medical facilities, and security. He directed the officials to complete all arrangements on time, ensuring they reflect the dignity and significance of the event. Dr. Yadav also visited the exhibition titled ‘Desh Ki Ahilyaayein’ (India’s Ahilyabais), which showcased products, household items, and exhibits made, managed, and marketed by women. He appreciated their work and even took selfies with them, encouraging their efforts.
