POCO has officially launched the POCO F7 5G in India, marking a powerful comeback with impressive hardware and AI-driven features. Priced at ₹31,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, the smartphone will be available for purchase exclusively on Flipkart from July 1. Buyers can choose from Cyber Silver Edition, Frost White, and Phantom Black colour options.

At its core, the F7 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and is supported by Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2.0, based on Android 15. POCO promises three years of major Android updates and four years of security patches. It also houses a 6000mm² vapor cooling chamber and a 3D IceLoop AI-assisted temperature control system for sustained performance.
The device flaunts a 6.83-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display (1280×2770 pixels) with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3200 nits peak brightness, and 2560Hz touch sampling rate. The screen supports HDR10+ and comes protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
On the camera front, the F7 5G features a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 20MP front-facing selfie camera. AI-powered tools include AI Notes, Image Enhancement, Interpreter, and Image Expansion, enhancing the user experience.

The India variant of the device boasts a massive 7550mAh battery supported by 90W wired fast charging, while the global version carries a slightly smaller 6500mAh unit. The phone also features IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NFC, and more. With flagship-grade internals and cutting-edge features, the POCO F7 5G positions itself as a strong contender in the premium mid-range smartphone segment in India.
