Collector Mr. Akash Chikara encouraged the winning players of the National Sports Competition.

 Janjgir-Champa : Under the chairmanship of Collector Mr. Akash Chikkara, various players of the district who won medals in the National Sports Competition met in the Collectorate premises. During this, the Collector distributed cheques of honorarium given as prize money by the government to the players who came first, second and third and provided them certificates. The Collector encouraged the players who brought laurels to the district at the national and international level and congratulated and wished them on their achievements. He told the players that success is definitely achieved with continuous practice and dedication towards sports and hard work. Assistant Collector Mr. Durga Prasad Adhikari discussed the achievements of the players and congratulated and wished the players. The medal winning players include Reshma Kashyap, Akhilesh Kumar, Rahul Kumar Yadav, Ritesh Bhardwaj, Shiksha Yadav, Suraj Kewat, Jigyasa Yadav, Deepika Yadav, Yogita Kewat, Roshan Garhwal. During this, District Sports Officer Mr. Premlal Pandey, Mr. Dinesh Chaturvedi along with coaches and players were present.
