Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, the Chhattisgarh government is constantly striving to advance women empowerment. Meanwhile, the Sai government has taken an initiative in the interest of Mitanins. Chief Minister Shri Sai has today transferred the incentive amount online to the accounts of Mitanins. Chief Minister Shri Sai attended the “Nava Saugat” program organized at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in the capital Raipur and transferred the Mitanin incentive amount of Rs 90 crore 8 lakh 84 thousand to the accounts of about 73 thousand 831 Mitanins, trainers and coordinators of the state. There is a wave of happiness among the Mitanins after getting the money directly in their accounts.
CM honored Mitanins for doing excellent work in the field of health:
In the “Nawa Saugat” program, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai also honored the Mitanin sisters who had come from different parts of the state for their excellent work in the field of health. Among the Mitanins who were honored, Mitanin Didi Madhuri Pankra from village Bagiya of Jashpur district was also included. The Chief Minister honored her by giving her a shawl and Shriphal along with “Mitanin Passbook”. On this occasion, Chief Minister Say interacted with several Mitanin sisters. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister directly interacted with Mitanin Didi Smt. Mulika Bai, resident of Village Panchayat Behrakhar (Rengari) of Tehsil Kunkuri of Jashpur district.
During this, Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated and wished all the Mitanin sisters and said that our government is working with complete transparency and is moving forward on the path of good governance in the state. He said that in this journey, more than 70 thousand Mitanin sisters working across the state have also made an invaluable contribution, due to which the state has succeeded in achieving unprecedented improvement in maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate. He said that Mitanin sisters are the basis of Chhattisgarh’s health system, who work honestly even in remote areas.

Mitanin Didi Madhuri Paikara of village Bagia of Kunkuri has also been honored by Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai for her excellent work in the field of health. Mrs. Madhuri Paikara has played an important role in freeing 9 children from malnutrition by working with a better spirit of service. She has been working in her area for the last several years and is working with full honesty to reach out to the people with various schemes of the health department including malnutrition eradication and maternity protection.
