CM Reviews Antyodaya Sambal Campaign Camp: Schemes Reaching the Last Person, Government Fulfilling Every Promise – CM Bhajanlal Sharma
Jaipur : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma said that the state government considers the poor as a form of Lord Ganesh and is implementing welfare schemes for all sections of society, including the underprivileged, farmers, youth, and women. He stated that with a resolve to ensure these schemes reach the last person in society, the government is organizing camps across the state under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight.
Shri Sharma was addressing a public gathering in Aslimpur village of Khairthal-Tijara on Friday under the same campaign. He noted that through this fortnight, farmers are receiving immediate relief at the village level in several long-pending revenue-related cases. The camps are also actively addressing issues related to water, electricity, and sanitation, while Ayushman cards are being distributed to eligible families and livestock vaccination is being carried out.
“PM Improved Lives of the Poor”
The CM stated that under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Poverty-Free Village Scheme, BPL families are being linked to various government schemes. He emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, since 2014, has redefined the concept of welfare by aiming to improve the quality of life for the poor. Under his leadership, the government is working for youth, women, farmers, and workers. He mentioned that for building a Developed Rajasthan, the government has launched projects such as Ram Jal Setu Link, Yamuna Water Agreement, and the Dewas Project, while also ensuring water availability to farmers and industries through the Indira Gandhi Canal and Ganga Canal.
Daytime Power for Farmers by 2027
CM Sharma said that by strengthening the power infrastructure, farmers will receive daytime electricity by 2027. Referring to past issues of paper leaks, he assured that under his government, 69,000 youths have already received appointment letters, and the promise of giving four lakh government jobs in five years will also be fulfilled. He added that MoUs worth ₹35 lakh crore have been signed under Rising Rajasthan, of which ₹4 lakh crore worth have already materialized. Given the industrial significance of Bhiwadi and Tijara, development works worth over ₹2,500 crore are underway in Khairthal-Tijara district.
Tangible Benefits through Antyodaya Fortnight
The CM noted that people are benefitting from government schemes during this campaign. So far, 28,000 land boundary disputes, 66,000 mutation cases, over 13,000 partition cases, and 14,000 path-related cases have been resolved. Additionally, over 4,000 pending stone demarcation cases and 4,000 Kurrijat reports have been cleared. He cited Googlehedi village, where about 25 homes had no access road, and the camp helped clear encroachments and provided a road to 100 people.
Mining Revenue Up, Illegal Mining Curbed
The CM shared that during the previous government, revenue from mining in 2023–24 was ₹7,460 crore. Under his leadership, this has increased by 24% to ₹9,228 crore. The government has taken strict action against illegal mining and successfully auctioned 255 sand plots. He reiterated the government’s commitment to fulfilling every promise made in its manifesto.
Government Achievements in 18 Months Surpass Previous Five Years
Shri Sharma asserted that his government has done more in 18 months than the previous government did in five years. The former distributed only 1.75 lakh property ownership cards, while the current government has distributed 9.5 lakh cards. Three lakh people have received skill training compared to 2.35 lakh under the previous government. Electricity generation capacity has increased by 4,270 MW, as opposed to 3,948 MW previously.
He added that in just 18 months, 32,000 farm ponds have been constructed, compared to 29,000 in five years by the former regime. Under KUSUM-C, 2,091 Letters of Permission (LoPs) were issued, while the earlier government issued only 57. 1,381 villages have been connected by roads compared to 1,104 previously. 10.51 lakh bicycles were distributed in 18 months, compared to 10.36 lakh over five years. The current government also distributed 89,000 tablets/laptops to students, while only 986 were given in five years before. So far, 142 government college buildings have been constructed, whereas the previous government built only 57.
Comprehensive Development of Tijara Assembly Constituency
CM Sharma said multiple development works are underway in Khairthal-Tijara, resulting in the all-round development of the Tijara Assembly constituency. The Tijara Community Health Center has been upgraded to a Sub-District Hospital, and Khushkheda Sub Health Center has been upgraded to a Primary Health Center. A new Polytechnic College has been approved in Bhiwadi, and a girls’ college will be opened in Tijara. Bhiwadi will also be developed as a Clean and Green Eco-City.
Developmental Gifts to Khairthal-Tijara and Alwar
Union Minister of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Shri Bhupender Yadav, said that CM Sharma approved the Chambal Drinking Water Scheme worth ₹5,432 crore, ensuring clean water access to 172 villages in Tijara. He informed that the CM’s proposal to the National Wildlife Board for water inflow into the Ruparail River has been approved.
Shri Yadav added that RIICO is driving sustained development from Bhiwadi to Neemrana and now Behror. The CM, recognizing the region’s industrial potential, has provided a polytechnic college, a girls’ college for Tijara, and hostels in Khairthal-Tijara. With CM’s support, an indoor stadium and badminton court have been completed in Bhiwadi.
He mentioned that a city forest is being developed on 102 hectares near Baba Mohanram’s site, and steps are being taken to resolve waterlogging in Bhiwadi. Budget allocations by the CM are taking shape, and modern resources have been provided to strengthen law and order.

- Drip irrigation cheque to Deshraj
- CM Krishak Sathi Assistance cheque to Sharda Devi
- PM Solar Rooftop Scheme cheque to Kishanlal Yadav
Earlier, the CM visited the Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight camp, interacted with beneficiaries at departmental stalls, distributed cheques under PMAY-Rural, and scooters to meritorious girl students. He also planted a tree under the “One Tree in Mother’s Name” and “Hariyalo Rajasthan” campaigns, promoting environmental awareness.
