Strengthening Education Through Rationalisation – Nagarda School Gets Biology Teacher

Chhattisgarh Government’s rationalisation initiative improves subject-wise teacher allocation in rural schools

Raipur : The Chhattisgarh Government’s ongoing Rationalisation Campaign aimed at strengthening the education system is now yielding visible results at the grassroots level. As part of this initiative, the Government Higher Secondary School in Nagarda, Sakti district, has finally received a long-awaited Biology teacher.

Earlier, the absence of a Biology teacher in the school had been a significant challenge for students, affecting their learning outcomes and academic confidence. However, with the implementation of the rationalisation process, a qualified teacher has now been appointed to fill the gap, ensuring balanced and quality education for students.

The school principal, Mr. Chatram Sidar, stated that the appointment has already started bringing a positive change in the students’ academic performance. He expressed hope that this will be clearly reflected in the upcoming examination results. Mr. Sidar also extended his gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai for prioritising improvements in the education sector.

It is noteworthy that under the state government’s rationalisation programme, appropriate deployment of teachers is being carried out across schools to ensure the presence of qualified educators in every subject. This effort particularly focuses on bridging educational gaps in rural areas, ensuring that all students receive holistic and high-quality education.
