Ensure Swift and Effective Disposal of Pending Revenue Cases: Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni Instructs Revenue Officials
Review meeting held at Collectorate Auditorium on Tuesday
Jaipur : District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni has directed revenue officials to ensure the swift and effective resolution of all pending revenue cases. In a review meeting held on Tuesday at the Collectorate Auditorium, the District Collector assessed pending cases related to land title disputes, boundary identification, mutations, land conversion, and other revenue matters.
Dr. Soni emphasized the need for regular court hearings, establishing coordination between the Bar and the Bench, and resolving long-pending cases in revenue courts on a mission mode. He also provided several revenue officers an opportunity to present suggestions to improve performance and reduce the backlog of pending cases.
During the meeting, the Collector also reviewed the performance of subdivisions in the recently conducted Vande Ganga Jal Sanrakshan Jan Abhiyan and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Samman Camps. He instructed officials to ensure effective implementation of the Rasta Khol Abhiyan (road access campaign), NREGA Akhar, and Panch Gaurav Protsahan Yojana.
Dr. Soni directed the Lead District Bank and related officers to intensify the Saturation Drive under social security schemes to enroll more citizens in the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, and Atal Pension Yojana.
He also instructed officials to resolve pension-related cases promptly and ensure maximum eligible citizens benefit from social security schemes. Furthermore, he directed that all details of night chaupals (public meetings) and field visits be uploaded on the Sampark Portal, and that complaints registered on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal be addressed promptly and effectively.
The Collector emphasized the importance of regular inspections and resolving public grievances locally through night chaupals and direct hearings to ensure quality redressal.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Collector (I) Mrs. Vinita Singh, Additional District Collector (II) Mr. Ashish Kumar, Additional District Collector (IV) Mr. Devendra Kumar Jain, Additional District Collector (South) Mr. Santosh Kumar Meena, Additional District Collector (Dudu) Mr. Gopal Parihar, all Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars of Jaipur district, revenue officials, and district-level officers of various departments.
